All of our sofas are made to order. As a result, once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your sofa upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
