care steps will help extend its lifespan.

1. Remove and Wash Bedding
Wash sheets, pillowcases, and mattress protectors regularly according to their care instructions.

2. Vacuum Your Mattress
Use a vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris from the surface, seams,
and edges.

3. Spot Clean Stains
Blot stains gently using a mild cleaner or baking soda solution. Avoid soaking the mattress and
always use minimal moisture.

4. Rotate Your Mattress
Rotate or turn your mattress every few months to maintain even support and prevent uneven wear.

5. Use a Mattress Protector
A good mattress protector helps guard against spills, dust, and stains, keeping your mattress cleaner for longer.

For the best results, aim to deep clean your mattress every 3 months. Proper care will keep your mattress fresh, comfortable, and supportive for years to come.

Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the mattress must:
●Be clean and undamaged
●Not been used

Refunds
If a return is approved within 14 days of purchase, customers are eligible for a full refund of the mattress purchase price, excluding any applicable delivery or collection fees. Mattress pickup for returns is £50.

3.Refund is issued once the return is collected
