Delivery
Delivery for beds typically takes 1–3 working weeks. Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions or incorrect information may incur additional charges.

Returns & Cancellations

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items may be returned by the customer or collected by us for a £50 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Made-to-Order & Customised Items

Customised or made-to-order beds (including bespoke fabrics, colours, sizes, or design modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged on delivery.

If a customised item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.
